By accessing and using PhotoPizzazz as your photography source, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use our services.
This site and its components are offered for informational purposes only; this site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.
Photopizzazz retains all rights to creative material including photos and/ or video supplied to client. All material produced for the client is licensed, not sold, and may be used by the client for all marketing associated with the current listing in accordance with MLS rules. The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Jeff and Juli Murdock and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Subsequent usage of any media Photopizzazz supplies other then originally intended, requires a separate licensing agreement and an additional fee to be agreed upon.
PhotoPizzazz may use photos or videos for its own Promotional material at any time.
Payment will be collected prior to services being preformed. Accepted forms of payment are Check, Credit Card, Interac Debit, or Cash. Credit Card and Interac debit purchases will be processed through Square. $35 Fee will be charged to for any Bounced Checks.
Any changes made either orally or in writing are subject to additional charges. Estimates are made in good faith and any errors and omissions may be charged at our discretion.

A minimum 24 hour notice must be provided for any cancellation or rescheduled appointments or a $50 fee will apply. Same day cancellations will incur the full cost of the appointment booked. Client shall pay all expenses incurred up to the time of the cancellation.
Photography will typically take 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on size of property and services requested. Please block out sufficient time and limit the number of people on site. Please contain all pets in an area that will not be photographed. Delays incurred on-site will be charged at $100 an hour.

Travel fee applies to areas outside the Capital Regional District. If a travel fee applies to your listing it will be included in your estimate.
Parking fee may be added to estimate for Downtown listings.
Retouching is charged at $100 an hour.

The client hereby indemnifies and holds PhotoPizzazz harmless against any an all liabilities, claims, expenses, including lawyer fees, arising from the client’s use of PhotoPizzazz’s work.
